"A Matter of" Time & Convenience, LLC provides complete association management, conference and registration services. Our motivated and highly skilled professional staff offers our clients the experience of more than 25 years of association, corporate,  government, management, meeting planning, and hotel sales. This wealth of experience provides our staff with a unique understanding of our client needs. In addition to our experience, TIME & CONVENIENCE is one of a select few companies of its kind to receive special endorsement from IATAN- the official organization of the International Airlines Travel Agent Network and the worlds' most respected source for industry standards. This endorsement gives Time & Convenience National and International Recognition.

We provide our clients with many of our valuable services at NO COST. We are able to do this because we receive commissions from the hotels.  Our clients actually benefit from this, due to the high volume of business we provide hotels on a national and international level the association and its attendees are assured the best possible rates for services and space.
