Day of Coordinating Services

You've done the planning, lined up your vendors, arranged the centerpieces, finalized meals with the caterer, and you're ready for your big day! But there's one thing left: who will ensure the day goes according to plan while you're marrying the love of your life? You're going to be a little too preoccupied to fix Aunt Rita's meal mistake. We're here to make sure your plans are pulled off to perfection, without you having to go outside of your budget.
We focus on the details, so that you can focus on each other.
What to Expect
2-3 months prior:
We'll have our initial consultation to discuss your big day. We'll talk all of the logistics including: vendors, guests, caterers, venue, timelines, and any extras.
2 Weeks Prior:
This is when I reach out to all vendors and introduce myself as the main POC for your big day. I will make certain everything is going according to plan.

Night Before:
I will attend and run your rehearsal.

Day of:
I will coordinate all vendors and deliveries, serve as point of contact for vendors and guests, and maintain the timeline. This day is for you and your marriage, and I want you to be able to soak it all in without having to worry about the details and logistics.
